We meet at St Mary’s Church Hall in West Kensington on Monday evenings during term time and rehearse from 7.15pm to 9.30pm with a break for refreshments. Please arrive for rehearsals at 7pm so that we can set up and start on time. All players are requested to bring a music stand.  

Our Spring term begins on 12 January 2026 and runs until 23 March with a break for half term on 16 February. Sectional rehearsals are arranged by individual sections.

SPECIAL NOTE: On February 9th we will again rehearse in the main church due to ongoing work in the hall. Please enter by the main door and not through the usual side door. Please bring a stand light if you have one.

Our Summer term starts on 20 April 2026 and ends on 29 June, with a half term break on 25 May. Please note that we will rehearse on 4 May bank holiday.

Our summer concert will be on 5 July 2026.

Looking ahead to the autumn term we will commence rehearsals on Monday 21st September and have 11 sessions before our concert on Sunday 6th December

St Mary’s is on the corner of Edith Road and Hammersmith Road. The exact address is 2 Edith Road, West Kensington, London W14 9BA. It is a five-minute walk from Barons Court tube station on the Piccadilly and District lines and a 10 minute walk from Hammersmith bus/tube station and Kensington Olympia station (Overground Mildmay Line). Buses 9, 27 and 306 stop near the church on Hammersmith Road. While renovation works are being undertaken at Barons Court station, West Kensington (District Line) is another alternative.

Parking locally is restricted to a maximum of 90 minutes for non-residents. For those not able to come by public transport, we encourage car sharing. Please do not park in the church car park without prior permission
